Neuro Lingusitic Programming has many levels where you can build on your own self study. For many of us formalised training allows us access to a greater level of detail along with support to help as we learn a new subject.
NLP has a variety of levels, for many who are starting out, the first starting point is the NLP diploma. The second stage after learning this begining aspects of NLP and starting to apply it for yourself is to then move onto the much more detailed NLP Practitioner Training. This will build on the diploma skills and provide a solid grounding in all the core NLP Techniques.
